At OE Wholesale Sunglasses, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care in packaging and shipping, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned. We offer a 30-day return policy on most orders so you can shop wholesale with confidence.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Request Authorization – Contact us through our Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Repack the Items – Products must be in their original condition, with tags and labels attached and plastic pouches intact. To prevent damage in transit, use a sturdy shipping box.

3. Include Order Details – Be sure to include your order number, name, and a copy of the invoice.

4. Ship Your Return – Mail the package with the carrier of your choice to:

We strongly recommend insured shipping to protect your return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped in error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • On orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your package, returns are normally processed within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or we can provide store credit upon request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item that was damaged in transit:

  • Keep the product and all original packaging.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt through our Contact Form.
  • Our team will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different style or product, we recommend placing a new order while returning the unwanted item.
