Sunglasses arrived as pictured & on time, but one pair was already broken

First time ordering from Olympic Eyewear. The sunglasses were delivered as scheduled and they were exactly as pictured. However, while checking all the sunglasses, one of the nose pads fell off as I was opening it's package. It clearly was never attached. I even tried to fit it back into place, but that wasn't a possibility. I emailed customer service the next morning and I'm still waiting on a response.
